Need an affordable website created and uploaded to our server by next monday that is a VISUAL clone of:

WITH SOME MODIFICATIONS. The graphic images on the website need to be modified to avoid copyright / trademark issues. But the genernal flash animated background and functionality needs to be the same as the site just mentioned. I’ll need instructions on how to modify the Quiz as I will be changing the quizes from time to time.
Programmers MUST have superior Flash, Cold Fusion, .NET, and XML skills, 20 or more completed SCRIPTLANCE projects, and a rating of 9.50 or higher. PLEASE DO NOT BID OR COMMUNICATE WITH US IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS.
We will required the copyright on the new scripts and website.
