I need my photoshop psd file turned into a wordpress blog template.

i will also need the header and footer buttons linking to other urls.
plus i will need my aweber code inserted into the header as seen in the sample attached.

i would like to use wordpress version 2.3.3 because its a stable version.

I NEED SOMEONE WHO HAS DONE THIS KIND OF PROJECT BEFORE
