Hi,

I need someone to create a Worpdress plugin that will dynamically generate an XML file after users have uploaded images and assigned them meta-data.

The XML file is going to be read by a Flash banner rotator, so will need to be in the correct format for the two to work.

Features of the plugin required include:

- Ability to add and delete images as well as edit the meta data of each image via the Wordpress GUI (something simple is fine).
- Uploaded images need to be stored in a subdirectory of the WP template directory.
- Needs to work with the latest version of Wordpress (2.6.3 at time of writing)
- Must work with the Flash banner rotator I have prepared.
