Need a Wordpress plugin that will take each visitor IP address, and when the visitor leaves the site, do a reverse IP lookup, compare the domain against a list of targeted domains (wildcard) and then trigger an email alert and an RSS feed post which include the name of the visitor domain and time spent on the site. I would like to be able to redirect specific email alerts and RSS feeds based on the visitor country of origin, and for the USA, even narrower targeting based on region.

If there was some way to identify the email address of the visitor without registration, I would pay another $500 for that functionality - but it’s probably impossible.
