Im looking for someone to build me a program which households can use to better manage their household budget.

This should be design to assist mums and dads with keeping track of the household expenses.

This must be able to work in USD, GBP and AUS. this option can be set at installation stage.

Must work for 30 days in trial mode, then unlocked with pin supplied by us (can be simply a “pin” from a selected range, or something more advanced).
A popup screen should appear each 2 hours when trial program is being used, telling the user that this is a trial mode and directing them to a weblink, paypal link will be supplied, to register the program.
If the program is used beyond the 30 day trial, the program should stop working and tell the user to go to the weblink to register the program.

Would prefer this to work on both a PC Win2000, xp, vista and a MAC. 2 separate versions are OK.

Must be easy to use and have a corporate look to it.

C++ or VB language would be the most convenient, but am open to options.

Full exclusive ownership and resale rights to be granted to me once program is complete.
