Complaint Tracker Nov 18, 2008
We need a basic system of logging complaints and actions taken to resolve them. The system should be written in Access (or similar) and will be run over a local network in our office.
An E-R diagram is attached/available that details the various tables/data types.
System Requirements
a) Basic CRUD for Status, User, ComplaintType – Manager only
b) Basic CRUD for Region, Agent – available while creating Complaint if record doesn’t already exist.
c) Entry of Complaint with lookup for all foreign keys
d) Entry of Action with lookup for all foreign keys
e) Report to screen with option to save line data to Excel with ability to query on:
a. Any foreign key(s) or their descriptive names
b. Any date range
