Hello This is our new project

We are a printing company

(I think this can be a clone of scriptlance but with a couple changes)

(The first reason that we want to make this site is to help us to keep track of our own designs and jobs with out assing it to anyone)

1.We are planning to hire graphic designers and web programmers from other countries
We need to be able to invite them to sign up in to our website for free and us in admin panel been able to input all our jobs and assign jobs to programmers or graphic designer, When programmers or graphic designs login in to their accounts they are going to see if they have a new job from us or not. They are not going to be able any of our jobs only if the jobs has been assign to them. In our side in admin panel we want to be able to keep track of all jobs or projects we need a bar with color that shows the percent done on each project. Each project need to have a unic number for example ticket number or job number, graphic designer is going to be able to sent messages to admin about that project like if it was a open ticket. The same way www.scriptlance.com works when we sent messages regarding a particular project. In admin panel admin and designers need to be able to upload images or documents to that project. And all the projects need to be organize in categories for example graphic design with graphic designs web design with web design etc. In admin we need to be able to create new categories.
Admin has to be able to communicate with one or all programmers or designers and them to be able to communicate with admin. In admin panel we need to be able to add more administrator with security levels.
Each job or project that we put in has to have the fallowing ( Date Start ) (Aproxy Time to finish) (Assign it to) ( In progress) The bar that shows the percent done on that job (On Hold) A please where we can put comments like the conversations on www.scriptlance.com when we post a project or to put notes and remember the upload files to attach documents or pictures to each job and finally when is (Done)

This website need to be more color full attractive with a good size of text not too small not too big and all the spaces to type for example where graphic designers are going to be registering not to small where anybody can read it.

Last thing is to send email to programmers or internal messages

2.This is a project that is going to be update it in to we add more futures like pay programmers with PayPal, calendars, forums, chat support, Rent a space to other companies to use our website so they can hire their own graphic designers and they pay us a monthly fee.
Later have clients that request the jobs for us to be able to register not as a programmers or graphic designers as a clients where they are going to be able to see their job or request a new job etc.

We want all the rights to the code script and are going to need all the source code.
