Smart Freelancers

I currently have my website hosted with yahoo small business web hosting. I would like to change it to hostgator web hosting which I already have an account with as well.

I need somebody to transfer the website and ensure that it works properly and all pages on the site are working.

I would like this done quickly and accurately so there is not too much down time with respect to how long the site may be down.

Please advise me on the cost and time in which to complete this project.
