We are looking for an SEO expert for our website. Must be an experienced SEO expert with min 3+ Years - Proven track record – Only programmers with no less than 20 projects will be considered. Must show some history of SEO work in project history. Here are our requirements:

1 Want a person (with who can promote/market/advertise/increase traffic, build links & SEO our website. Will need to know how much traffic, links, and how much time, how much cost.
2. We require the following:
- Keyword Research (Key Words - Family, Family website, family online, family community)
- Meta Tags
- Onsite-offsite optimisation
- Keyword density and weight
- Targeted link building
Full website needs to be SEO (NO Black Hat techniques)
2 The SEO Experts need to get the website ranked in google and yahoo on page one with 2-3 keywords which would bring major unique traffic of about quality 3000-5000 targeted unique visitors/traffic per day to our website. NO spamming or illegal black hat tricks. We will need to know in advance, how many unique visitors can we expect everyday and in how much time?
3 Also need the expert to write articles, blog posting, do forum/social network posting, posting, directory submission. Looking at complete end to end solutions incl pr release, visibility etc for the site etc. If you want to do Email marketing we are open to that also. Regular progress report is needed
4 Top 3-5 listing in Google, MSN, and Yahoo for family online, familywebsites, family community.
5 We also require one way links in related areas to our site. Please advise me as to how many one-way links you can achieve that are targeted to advertising/marketing/email leads. Oneway links with high Google PR will receive extra attention. Need minimum 2500 links on leading websites

Please Note –
Provide a time frame of when we will see results from your work. We are NOT looking for someone who will just do back links, blog spamming and article submissions. No Black hat methods are accepted either. This is a one time project, but the right programmer with the correct results will be asked to do more work for other sites we have. We have a lot of work for good programmers. Ideally we would like to do this for a 90 day Trial period – and if happy with the result enter into a 12 month contract. Please bid according to your skills and what you can promise in terms of results. No outrageous bids please. We are paying for results. Please guarantee your work and what results you can achieve.

Further, we are also willing to also pay $s through paypal for every successful order generated by your efforts. Basically, as long as you apply your skills and continue to generate a steady stream of paying customers we will keep paying you.

We want the site to be amongst the top 3-5. We will also need you to look at our competitors website and tell us exactly what we need to incorporate from their website into our to get similar hits, traffic – need a detailed comparative analysis/SUGGESTIONS. We will also ask you to look at another site that is similar to ours and evaluate why they have better PR and high google search results – and what we need to emulate.

We Are Not Looking For Overnight Success But A Well Thought Out Plan That Will Offer Us Sustained Search Engine Traffic. We also prefer someone we can work closely with us, to create a plan for our success, and hopefully a long term association.
