Smart Freelancers

I need 4 flashchat installs with each showing online status on the website as online , offline, busy……without client name showing anywhere.

I have flash chat already installed on my other site but I need for someone to use this format and change to the 4 people presently working on my new site. As well it is using flash swf to show on the site not sure if we can do it some other way to show status.

as well to tell me how to redirect to chat after paypal payments.
