Part 1 (Screen scraper)

I am looking for someone to write me a simple screen scraper. I have a site that houses lyrics information in mind. The script should programmatically traverse the alphabetical artist listings for the site. For each artist page, there will be one or more song items. For each song page encountered, the screen scraper will dump the html contents of the page to a local file (text only). The local file name will be the same as the web file name. The script should be intelligent enough to run multiple times, and recognize if a file already exist locally, and if so not to save it again. The script should save the local files in alphabetical directories to prevent any one directory from containing too many files

Part 2 (file parser and dumper)
The second part of the project is to write a script that will go through all the local files present, parse out the relevant info (artist, song, lyrics, etc), and dump that info into a table. (If you recommend a table software that would work best here I would be happy to get it.) The script should be intelligent enough to work multiple times over the same dataset and recognize when an entry is already in the database or is brand new.

Additionally I should mention that I am not a programmer and may need some explaining on any additional software I will need in order to make this work, as well as instructions on what I will need to do to make your work function properly. Please reach out to me with any questions.
