I need to get data from a couple of websites and scraped/entered into a MySQL database. The data is nutritional information, the database schema will be provided (suggestions appreciated). The data is in various formats: html, pdf, xls.

This project is pretty straight forward and can be done pretty quickly, I just dont have time.
