After spending the last 3 months with a half made site, i have decided to call it quits and start again.

I am looking for a designer who can also code and can use phpbb well. I want the same kind of template as the current site, which is www.blaze-clan.co.uk and i want the same forum as we currently have, which can be found here http://www.blaze-clan.co.uk/Forum/

The difference is, I want the template to be built, not copied. By that I mean, i want the same style and design, but i want to modify it in many ways which i will discuss later with the winning bidder. I dont want someone to copy the template, i want someone to adapt and build one based on it.

I want a designer who is 100% confident they can finish what i am asking, in a short period of time. No excuses, do your homework before making a bid, as i am fed up with people making excuses. I also want someone who is active on MSN and wont leave me hanging, as the last desginer did.

I can pay a moderate amount, as we are a gaming communtity and therefore do not have loads of spare cash.
