Tubesite Video Conversion Fix Feb 18, 2012

having problems with video conversion on established Adult tube site over past 24 hours. Videos appear to upload ok, but something seems to be wrong with conversion process and so after upload is complete, the video thumbanils don’t display, neither will the video play..

experienced php programmer required with flv knowledge to troubleshoot this.
