We need to modify the following template

The template will be supplied by us.
Project Details:
- You will need to integrate a simple shopping cart(freeware) so our customers can place orders, but payment processing system do not need to be integrated. We need an option that would allow our customers to put the stuff together in one order, the payment will be handled offline.
- Logo needs to be modified, some new pictures will be needed.
- Content writing is not a part of this project, color scheme stays the same.
- We will use the Flash version of the template.
This job may include some items that are to small to list in project description, but the whole project will be nothing more (except shopping cart) than what is normally considered as modifying the website template.
