I need someone to design eight, 57*57 icons. The purpose of each icon is to be used as iPhone app aplication

Additionally I need someone to make five, splash screns with the dimensions 320*480.
The design for each icon and spalsh screen is up to you. I just ask that they be fairly generic and attractive.
