Hello.

I run an Italian web design company and i’m looking a programmer who can complete this 2 project in a couple of days, max 3 days (the first one is a 85% complete project, all the hardwork have been done, just remain some little details; instead the second one is a 100% completed job but has a little defect that must to be fix)……

I’m also attaching the swf file of the video (video intro floreal 11.09) ; the video is 95% finished, we have to make just some little changes in order to make it as similar as the swf file( video intro ok) that i’m also attaching.

I need that the programmer respect that period of time….about the first project, the programmer must be available for doing some little changes on the project during the process (because, even if I’m agree with the changes you did, is my client who has the “last opinion”, and after complete the project I have to wait for his approval, after he will give his approval I could close the deal, but maybe before that he will ask me little changes that won’t involve much time ( like change font color, or make a bigger the font of the text); and I need that the programmer will be available to do that without charging more money, because will be just little changes; also the programmer should be always online (so I can chat with him about the progress of the work, always online, not just during night)…also should have a hosting web, so he can upload the changes he did, instead of sending me the files so we can save a lot of time…..i need a programmer who is active, honest, with a high knowledge of flash, with good communication skills and who personally control the progress of the projects and care about it.

If everything goes ok, and I notice that we are compatible working together; we will work in more projects in the future, because I need a long term programmer to work in my company. I have like 5 projects right now, but this one is the most urgent.

In the past I had problems with different programmer because they didn’t were really professional, o didn’t respect the period of time given to finish the work. So please, if you don’t have any of this qualifications, just don’t answer to this ad………..by the other side, if you have all this skills and you want a long term working relation, answer this message.
