I would like someone to make me a really simple chat website, I need to be able to have payment system working on it, and it needs to be able to allow people to sign up and upload a photo of themselves to register.

I want it to be based on this website www.flirtomatic.co.uk

If you can supply similiar a template I will buy that also.

I want the user to sign up for free, but I want the user to have to pay a small fee to upload a photo. So you pay maybe £2.50 and your photo is displayed for 2 weeks. After that you can message whoever you like.

I also want email addresses sent in the chat and in the private message function to be filtered. and I need it to be a smart system that cannot be tricked.

I would like the ability to change images on the homepage myself so that i can personalize it from time to time.

Also this needs to be able to handle a number of users.

I have more info to pass on to the right designer.
