What I need is essentially a solution to a problem implemented in C# with a WPF GUI wrapper (I will wish to extend the application after the project has been completed, and I am competent in WPF but have no time for this project myself)… (Budget: $250-$750 AUD, Jobs: C# Programming, WPF)
