I need to allow my site to work in a similar fashion to www.pixaroo.com

the site will work the same, we will produce all front end & templates (ready to go)

Having been let down previously, I am only looking for programmers who can work quickly and efficiently to a deadline. We are looking to go live at the beginning of December, obviously a certain amount of leeway will be provided at the testing phase.

What i need is the backend to work as follows:
images are uploaded via fields, with live preview thumbnails generated and shown
Files are then resized to a specific format and renamed to a specific file name
Text captions will be entered by the user
when submitted the images need to be zipped into a folder, this having a sequential numbered file name, which will also include a csv data file which will contain all text inputted from the fields and also from forms of the site, such as quantity, styles, start month, delivery info etc.
Adobe indesign templates to be held on the host server, depending on the template the user selects, this file will be copied into the zip file.

The zip file will contain the following:
1. Sequentially numbered file name
2. CSV file containing selected text field inputs
3. 12-13 jpg files - resized to a set size and renamed to set name.
4. chosen adobe in-design style template (provided)

I would like to add a simple cart facility to this project.
Nothing to complicated, I just require the user to have the option to update quantities.
This will then adjust calendar costs and delivery costs to suit.
When ready to checkout, the user will be directed to PayPal.

I would like the sequential job number that the file upload creates to be generated and displayed on the invoice page in PayPal (EG: as a customer reference).
Once payment is made, user returns to site confirmation page, this will then initiate the upload and zip file generation. i.e. the upload does not take place until payment is made, as I do not want the server full of files that are awaiting payment or half completed.

we are looking to create a simplified version of this site with ongoing development to add further features as we progress, one being a single print ready pdf file being created, if this would be easier to start with then I am interested in hearing your comments.

Not sure what scripts are best to use, that is up to you.

Payment will be set in Escrow. 50% at the start of project, 50% at testing phase
All to be released once you have completed the job and there are no bugs found.
Constant ongoing communication is required to keep me updated on progress
