Smart Freelancers

I’m looking for a very professional, expert level programmer that is more than familiar with PHP, MYSQL, AJAX, and Javascript.

I’ve just completed a major re-desing of my website and there are a lot of holes left in the coding. My programmer would have been able to finish it, but he is no longer able to work on my site, as he’s taken on a much bigger project that requires his full-time attention.

I like to work like this:

1)I email you a bug or issue, or project that I would like fixed/completed.
2) You respond within 24 business hours. No exceptions.
3) You give me a time frame for when you can complete it, and how many hours it will take you to complete it. If it’s only a few minutes or hours, you just complete it. If it’s longer than that you wait for my approval before starting on it.

I’d like someone who can get things done extremely fast, as there’s a lot of stuff I’d like to get through. Once my site has all of the bugs fixed, I’ll be starting a few much bigger projects, which, if you do a good job, will be awarded to you.

Also, ideally I would like someone who has an AIM account, or is willing to sign up for one in order to communicate more efficiently. I work from 6 AM GMT until 3 or 4 PM GMT.

Please also include your rate by hour.
